In the last report, we learnt a lot about how retailers and manufacturers are approaching their sustainability efforts. It was interesting to see how the trends change and adapt as businesses grow (smaller businesses often look at things differently to their larger competitors). There were also some key insights to be had around how what consumers want and what businesses are offering aren’t always aligned.
Overall we saw a mix of insights across product basics, manufacturing processes, material extraction and usage, logistics, measuring sustainability, and methods for educating customers. Follow this link to download the report.
